Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of SubPeek, a service that sends you alerts about new posts in public subreddits. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
SubPeek checks the subreddits you choose on a schedule and notifies you by email, Discord or Telegram when a new post matches your alert. Alerts are not real-time; how often we check depends on your plan. SubPeek uses the official Reddit Data API and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Inc.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for everything that happens under your SubPeek account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SubPeek to:
- harass, stalk or target any person;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, including to Discord channels or Telegram chats you don't control;
- break any law, or Reddit's rules or terms;
- overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or try to get around plan limits.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, at any time and without notice.
Content
Posts that appear in your alerts belong to their authors and to Reddit. SubPeek only shows you public post details and links back to Reddit; it doesn't grant you any rights to that content.
Plans and changes
Plan limits are shown on our pricing page. We may change features, limits or prices. If a change reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. If your plan changes to one with fewer alerts, alerts above the new limit may be paused.
Ending your use
You can stop using SubPeek and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may stop offering the service, or part of it, at any time.
Disclaimer
SubPeek is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that every post will be detected or that every alert will be delivered, or delivered on time — for example, if Reddit or a delivery channel is unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SubPeek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a missed, late or incorrect alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use SubPeek after a change means you accept the new terms.
